    小滿時節亦是容易誘發皮膚疾患的節氣,如風疹、濕疹、汗斑、香港腳等,所以在飲食方面要少吃濃味、辛辣肥膩的食物,以免生濕助濕,加重或誘發皮膚病。飲食調養宜以清爽清淡為主,如赤小豆、薏仁、冬瓜、青瓜、西瓜、山藥等。
Bile deficiency can contribute to chronic diarrhea, constipation, yellow stools and hormonal imbalances. Foods like daikon radish, lemon, lime watercress and artichokes can stimulate better bile flow.
